Salon Policies

Valid credit card information is required to schedule all large appointments, new client, extensions, or corrective color appointments. The credit card information is to hold your scheduled time and service reserved. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call at least 48 hours ahead of time. This provides our wait-list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment. If that appointment is missed without cancellation, you may be charged for the full cost of the reserved appointment or pay the 'No Show Fee'. Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do everything we can to accommodate, but please keep in mind you may have to wait and/or will be rescheduled with a different service provider.

If you require any type of correction, please notify us within 72 hours of your service. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of initial service and with the original stylist. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted.

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards.

All prices listed, advertised and quoted have a 3.99% cash discount incentive built into the pricing for cash and gift cards. Any purchases made with a credit card or debit card will not receive the cash discount and a non-cash discount adjustment will be displayed on your credit/debit card receipt.

Gratuities are not included in our menu prices.
