Thank you for your possible interest in choosing Shear Extacy Salon to be apart of your special day for all your hairstyle and makeup needs! We would love to meet with you and talk about all the details of your wedding. All agreements must be made in writing for the purpose of making sure all services you request will be rendered for your special day. Wedding date and time, service date, time of arrival in salon/venue, estimated time of completion and number of guest to be serviced will be discussed. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing; (no changes like this should be made over the phone).  Changes will be taken up to 2 months prior to service date and all details should be finalized 2 months from the wedding date. To hold a date with Shear Extacy Salon it is required we take a 50% deposit upon the signing of the bridal contract tailored to your needs. The remaining amount will be collected the day of service and we do not accept credit card payments on the day of servicing. Any cancellations made with less than 1 months notice will be charged to the credit card associated to the contract.  All deposits will be refunded in full, providing the cancellation is made within 2 months of the date on the signed contract.
